The Two Editions
The pre-order lineup is built around two versions: a Standard Edition and an Ultimate Edition. The Standard Edition is the base game with no add-ons — the simplest way in for most players.
The GTA 6 Ultimate Edition is priced at $100. The Ultimate Edition includes exclusive in-game content such as vehicles and weapons on top of the base game, making it the pick for players who want extra items from day one. What Every Edition Shares
One detail matters for all buyers: there is no physical disc version of GTA 6 at launch, making the editions digital-only. If you were hoping for a boxed copy or a collector’s disc, that isn’t on the table at launch.

GTA 6 pre-orders begin June 25, 2026, as announced on the Rockstar Newswire, ahead of the November 19, 2026 launch. If you just want the game, the Standard Edition covers it. If you want the extra vehicles, weapons and bonus content out of the gate — and the $100 price works for you — the Ultimate Edition is the upgrade path.
